# Overview

#### What is Warlord?

Warlord was built by Paladin, to automate the management of Convex (CVX) and Aura (AURA) positions. By depositing and minting WAR, users can stake into the system to earn revenue from protocol rewards and vote incentives. Any AURA or CVX earned is auto-compounded into more WAR.

Warlord is the first governance index to allow users to tap into vote incentives from both ecosystems, reducing the risk and volatility of being exposed to only one vote market.
